Hello, I need much help in the loading of large video files to wordpress ...!?

I want to upload a video I made to my wordpress, which is large around 85MB ... video loader only supports video files smaller than 8 MB .... can someone tell me how to make this video appear in my blog? ... I want to go .... and if you know some more plugins big file upload, PLZ LET ME KNOW .....
