WordPress plugins to add banners for affiliates?.?

Hello, I'm new to blogs and wordpress.org been trying to add an affiliate banner, which can add the image to the page, but can not activate a hoplink. I had a look at the CSS editor, but I can honestly say I do not know what I'm looking for. Is there I can use some plugins that I can edit and add assets url hoplink. WordPress experts in New Zealand?. I would greatly appreciate any help or contact. Thanks, Ashley.

First add the image, then select the image and the "insert link press, table add hoplink.
