WordPress Blog to function as a CMS?

I have a WordPress blog to function as CMS. The blog must have widgets and plugins ready for use, such as a photo gallery, video, newsletter box, etc. and the design must be in the top navigation banner above and 3 columns content - left, center and right. The central part is where content will go. On the left, I put links. However, I want this is related to changes in function where you click on the top. In other words, if you click Start, see A, B, C and links to the left, clicking Services, see D, E, F and links left, etc. On the right side I have a picture of income, banner ads, and AdSense, please let me know where I can find a theme to have all these characteristics?

You will not find a subject that has these characteristics. You can, however, create a topic of their own easily if you know CSS and Javascript can be played with a bit (it will take to the changes click on the menus).
