help .. wordpress problem ... can not access flash while m online!?

I m building my wordpress blog, I m currently on the Based on my localhost, the last 5-6 hours m face new challenges and confused, the problem is I can not access the flash while working "Online" works well when I am working "offline", in fact I was able to use it online before! The second is that I can not open down any area of the widget or sidebar. remember that it only happens when you turn on the internet, it works great while you are offline please suggest the solution!
