I need help! WordPress Theme!?

I am using wordpress on my website http / / tacolord187.net / and I have fatal errors all over the board saying memory. I can not upload anything. Users I can not add profile photos. And I can not have some major plugins i want to activate. All I need now. I have no access to php.ini file. I have access to an FTP server though. I have a lot of space on my server. Worth several concerts. Any help is appreciated. A way to get in touch for further information is even better! Thank you very much !!!!!!! I also searched on Google this. I can do nothing from there to work.

If you're out of memory, not a space problem on the server: a machine that is shared with many others yet (which is almost always the case unless you are paying for a private server), and that RAM is allocated only to run both PHP work, and "both" I do not mean much.
