WordPress Pages Order

Show RSS feeds on their websites WordPress and messages, not just sidebar
The sidebar is not the only place you want to display RSS feeds, Right? Have you been searching and searching for a way to display your RSS feeds on a page or post on your WordPress blog? The response has been unacceptable, suggesting a plugin for the sidebar or the installation of some complicated programming code. What about the pages? What about the messages?
Know that there is a way that can display RSS news its appeal in summary or detailed, right in your choice of a WordPress page or by mail.
Many of the Food, One Sidebar
I have a lot of websites. Squidoo lenses include, Blogger, Tumblr and WordPress blogs in both platforms organized and self-organized. All of them have RSS news feeds that I can share with other people or property of the individual sites. In my self-hosted sites WordPress, the problem was the only place I could wear these various sources was in the sidebar.
Let's face it: Placing RSS feeds in the WordPress sidebar is not enough. After all, the number of rows in the titles of news is what you really want to show? Put in the sidebar much space, contrary to the purpose of the blog, and can negatively influence an otherwise beautiful design.
I needed a better way show my feeds!
When you Google the topic, it was obvious he was not alone in my desire to bring together RSS feeds from my other websites and display them on a pole or home page on my WordPress blog. But almost every link that followed ended in disappointment.
The good old days
Years ago, in the early days of WordPress, I used a plugin called BDP aggregator to display RSS feeds on my pages and messages. He was one of my favorites. With a lot of options, mix and match, it feeds by category - you name it, he did. Just worked and worked well. But I do not know what happened to him, apart from that is no longer available.
On my WordPress sites do not, you know - the good old HTML web sites - using the tent, an RSS to HTML parser / converter written in PHP. CaRP never had a plug-in version of WordPress, but it could be manipulated to add your RSS feed to pages and posts if you do not mind playing the violin with a programming code. I still have an offer of a free version, but not WordPress plugin format.
Those days are gone, and I had almost lost when I finally found a plugin to display RSS feeds on the templates of the pages, messages, and sidebars. I turned around as soon as installed and it worked!
Importing RSS WordPress Plugin
There are three things I like about this plugin: (1) just works, (2) instructions for use are clear, and (3) has reasonable customization options that allow me to show my news feeds in the way I want. A bonus is that it is revised in pairs and placed in the official plugin repository WordPress.
RSSImport has three methods for the inclusion of news in a page template, mail, or the sidebar.
1. PHP code in your pages, posts and templates
The first option is to use PHP. No worry, because the author of the plugin gives you a small bit of code you need. This displays RSS Feeds php code with only the title of the topic of food, as shown below. It can be placed within a template file, a text widget sidebar, as well as within the pages and messages. When used within a file template, simply place the code (along with other settings). BUT if you use the php code in a message, a page or a text widget sidebar, you must also have the Exec-PHP plugin (or similar) installed in order to actually run the code and see the results.
2. Shortcodes
The second option to pull your feeds on your ads or pages is to use something called a short code. In case you have never had the opportunity using an abbreviated, is a small piece of code (actually just a few words) that represent the commands used to run a more long PHP code. RSSImport For a supplement, the short can only be placed within messages, pages, and sidebar text widgets. As with the PHP option above, customize the look of the results is done by adding configuration details for the abbreviated one.
3. Use the Import RSS widget in the sidebar
This plugin comes with a flash of your account, import the RSS widget, which is not the same as the text Sidebar old format flash mentioned above. The settings I have spoken has to be input by hand when using the PHP code or abbreviated in the within a page, mail, or template. However, when using the RSS Widget import all configuration options are selected from a dropdown list. I have to warn, it is a looooong list down! (If you are using a theme such as the hybrid of news, even widgets can be included in a page not only in the sidebar.)
How I miss this plugin on all the searches I've done?
Maybe it was buried on page five of the Google search and page eight in the database WordPress Codex. I really do not know, I'm just glad it finally came through it because I can finally added article and comments RSS feeds on my Tumblr and WordPress blogs, Squidoo lenses, and sites like BackType and Disqus.
