WordPress Object Cache
I read about adding two lines to your wp-config.php?
to accelerate the download of a site: / / Enable the WordPress Object Cache: define (ENABLE_CACHE, true); Does the program or WPCache WPSuper cache 2 and add these lines or if I add these lines in addition to these programs (Am also install these two programs, or just one.) Thanks, Lisa
WP Super Cache entry is a static caching plugin for WordPress. Generated html files served directly by Apache without processing comparatively heavy PHP scripts. Using this plugin you will speed up your WordPress blog significantly. This plugin is a fork of the excellent WP-Cache 2 by Ricardo Galli Granada. WP-2 cache caches pages on your WordPress blog and delivers them without accessing the database. Unfortunately, still means loading the PHP engine to serve the cached files. WP Super Cache gets around that. When installed, the HTML files are generated and used without invoking a single line of PHP. How fast can your site serve graphic files? That's (almost) as quickly be able to serve the cached files. If your site is struggling to cope with the daily number of visitors, or if your site appears on Digg.com Slashdot or elsewhere popular then this plugin is for you.
