Can anyone help me with my WordPress blog?

Below is the link and the problem I am having. http://greenmathok.hostei.com/ 1. It is suppose to show the index page, but the topic of the blog itself. 2. not sure what the error is once you click wordpress. I set and uploaded the file wp-content.php with the right information is not sure what to do next. If someone has a good base with wordpress and can help please let a comment or contact me via Yahoo IM (coldboi87), thanks.

I think it could be a problem with the wordpress theme that does not match the WordPress version number or there could be an error in the configuration. Always choose a better WordPress theme that fits your site. I usually choose the topic of http://dailywptheme.com/
