What is the best way to start a news blog - Wordrpress?

I'm just at the beginning of this trip, but I'm trying to figure out whether to use the free or WordPress, TypePad or Blogger ... ... Or if it is better to pay for the services of blogger, and what it takes that. Thanks ...

Depends the type of news to publish. I agree with MySpace's response, if you want to target adolescents / young adults, a blog will not be found by people more than any other blog. If you want a "serious" blog using blogger.com is a good option, if your desire is that people can trip over it. Without to follow.
