WordPress plugins special?

I am looking for a plugin for wordpress my website that will sit in the footer. What I want is the kind of footnote that allows social networking, allowing you to share things. A sample site: www.duncsweb.com If you could let me know of a website with a similar plugin, please let me know. I've looked at the wordpress.org site, but found nothing. Maybe I'm not looking for the right criteria? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
