edit navigation with the wordpress theme?

I downloaded the free work-a-holic wordpress theme and have been able to edit the css for most of which up to now. The problem has been with the navigation, I have seen that people have changed the font and color navigation default, so you know you can do, I can not find where in the CSS file. I do not understand how to add php to change this, it is not a custom menu per se, I created the menu and pages in the WordPress control panel, I can not know where the text colors. There is also a footnote in this, I can not find any place either!
