Changing the look of my WordPress blog?

How I can change the navigation bar? It is the only way I can use my own CSS code is if I can pay for an account update? And there is a place where I can find good pictures of header? I'm looking fashio type / model I do not know how to do mine.

You can edit your own CSS. Do the following: 1. Log in to WordPress and click the left side of the Appearance menu items> Editor. 2. In the bottom right click on style.css. 3. Copy the entire contents of this file and paste it into a local file on the computer as a backup. This is very important because it is easy to decipher the code and if you do not have a backup you're dead. 4. Make the CSS issues that your menus to look like you want.
