Yahoo Small Business Sever Down?

Xtra WordPress blog has been for over 30 hours [http://andfaraway.net/]. He says: "Failed to establish the connection database. This means that either the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or can not communicate with the server database in mysql. This could mean your host database server is down. "My email is working perfectly well, and I can access the FTP, but I can not access mysql or any other blogs under the same domain. Yahoo! I tried calling customer service, but put me on hold for over an hour, and as I live overseas, can not afford to pay more in listening to music on hold. I have also emailed and said nothing. Any .. advice?
