With WordPress you can produce a website as www.acsearch.co.uk?

Hi all I'm trying to create a new website using WordPress, very similar to: If http://www.acsearch.co.uk follow the "Job Search link" is a page with a list of new jobs. ¿I can create new pages for details of each job (as here) and link the body of a page like this and not just from the menu on the left or above? I already use WP as a CMS and it is very easy to use and versataile. Stup do not need a recruitment, only the ability to link to pages with page not on the menu?

You could use Joomla (open source PHP) to manage content, but you may need to hire someone to create a work management system that can be upgraded. After sitting in your Joomla administration area and could update the entire site from there.
