Can someone do me a big favor? I need help trying to adjust my homepage WordPress in some way ..?

Ok this is my wordpress: http://www.maddengurus.com/blog/ All I want to do is get rid of the middle column, which starts with "section of Issue # 1" .. rid the entire column completely .. then carry out the column on the left and stretch all the way Video of the day. Basically, I want it to look like this: http://www.pastapadre.com/ I also want to display all messages as a normal wordpress default theme .. the current theme I have in the different categories by putting through different modules. How could I do this? is this in the php or CSS? would be easier if you could give my username for WordPress do if you think that's easier, just email me if you can do this or try to explain how to do here. log in print the word and you can choose different themes. You can also find and install different themes. There is also a place in the Administration to modify the template - but you need to know HTML to do it.
