WordPress Login Redirect Url

WordPress.org problems (URL login manager does not work - please help?

Hello, my site is badbhabhi.com and I have been using http://badbhabhi.com/wp-admin login, which now redirects to http://badbhabhi.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http% 3A% 2F% 2F% 2Fbadbhabhi.com% 2Fwp- admin and reauth = 1 and I have no idea why! I updated the theme of my blog community custom used and this has been happening since then - pleas help! : D it has Support the site - but was hoping I could get a quicker response here!
