There are actually two ways:

1. Automatic form - Login to your hosting wordpress account (cpanel) and find the Fantastico icon or Softaculous. These libraries can install any script with a few clicks. WordPress and click Search "Install". Fill all the necessary information and complete the installation. Now, your blog is ready to install. You can access your admin area in yourblog.com / wp-admin

2. Manual way - is not advisable unless you are good at script installations. Download all files on your computer wordpress and unzip it. Then go to your wordpress hosting account (cpanel) and create a directory and a database. Then login to your ftp account and upload all the wordpress files. Your blog should be up and ready to install. Thus, it is only for users with experience in the installation scripts.
