WordPress Localhost Wamp

installing wordpress on wamp and when I trie to make the final process of a parse error on line 22 exits.?

I created the database wordpress blah blah blah and when I go into my browser and put in http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php the following error appears: Parse error: error analysis in C: wamp www wordpress wp-config.php on line 22 you know why this is any help would be greatly appreciated I tried what you said and still Arjun still the same I've extracted the file to your desktop WordPress might i have to define the PHP file to be installed? cos it's my first time using WAMP.

Line 22 in wp-config.php define ('DB_USER', "Usernamehere '), so it should replace username-based data rather than usernamehere. Check if you have a user name within quotation marks ("). For example, if your username is drewrlc the line must be defined ('DB_USER', 'drewrlc');
