Home Test Lesson 1: Decluttering

You say ... what? Yeah, yeah, you got it. Ordering staging is home's worst enemy. Have you ever walked into someone's home and found it full of personal? Boxes at the top of the other, stacked all the way up the roof. Bags, books, clothes here and there that had to jump out of their way around them to get where it is necessary? Ran a fingertip on the TV, only to find it was full of dust that had been there for years, so at least it looked like anyway. And please do not talk about the sink the bathroom that seemed never been cleaned. It was not white, and the handles had a nasty black-green around him that made him wonder whether in fact to wash hands or clean they really add more germs?

Does this sound familiar? Ordering is not just to get rid of everything that is no longer necessary, or make extra space you never knew existed. Ordering it is to clean the place. You can not organize a place that is not clean. Have you ever wondered:

If you are serious about ordering or have a place client who needs to clean up the mess, and do not know where or how to begin, you can do the following.

Investigate closets, see if everything fits perfection. If overloaded, then you need to remove the excess. Organizing laundry by color.
Look in the hall closets, see if you has more hanging or floor than you should. Again, remove the "misplaced" items.
Browse the bedrooms, lounge, bathroom (s), office. The rooms are crowded with furniture, paintings, wall art?
The kitchen - this is the busiest room in the house. Check if there is enough free space counter.
Clear to the front and back yard and garage.

The more square footage to make available, better chance you have of getting a prospective buyer interested.
