The first time I embarked on learning how to add video to my website, I was looking for a solution that fits if I was creating web pages by hand, using a blogging tool like WordPress, or work with a system Content Management like Joomla. Add video to your website is no longer the challenge it used to be. The real challenges are in the search for quality content, add video on your own terms, with a look that suits purpose of your website and your personal style, while a video solution that is independent web platform you have chosen.
Although it took several months to solve five common problems, I found a full video aggregation preservation solution that uses a combination of services such as YouTube, Increase, Kaltura, and Squidoo. Below are issues that need resolution to be a painful experience to add video to my different sites:
1. The content from multiple sources into a playlist
2. The inclusion of audio clips
3. An attractive unmarked player to display video hosted on my webspace
4. Troubleshoot format Video
5. Not too technical, fast, easy
I use video and audio on my websites in 5 main ways:
* Cures content from multiple sources to supplement step by step tutorials on blog posts
* Share original video tutorials that I created
* Produce TV segments online at Ustream.tv, and then share the video episodes in a blog
* Re-purpose the audio part Ustream.tv emissions for use on BlogTalkRadio - then incorporate several of my websites
* Create and share BlogTalkRadio emissions directly episodes from the blog
YouTube and other video hosting services
Services and accommodation YouTube video, like the first problem was resolved that an owner website is: how to get out from under the bandwidth and space constraints of video hosting site on your own this time. One thing that really I like YouTube, as well as being able to host my own videos which is the playlist function because I can supplement my own offers to the content other users. However, I have always wished there was a better way to complement the videos I found useful with video from other sites - such as Daily Motion or Revver - so you can share with my clients.
At first, the only way to achieve this was to integrate my YouTube playlist, then go to Daily Motion and YouTube both, grab your code, and finish with 3 video playlists different in my website or blog! A real turning point for me was the discovery of Magnify. The second moment of "Aha!" was the discovery of Kaltura.
Zoom (www.magnify.net) solve problems traction associated with - or add - video content from multiple sources. Kaltura (www.kaltura.org) gave me the tools to use both audio with video and create beautiful video players to display video content hosted on my webspace.
Magnify.net
This is a service you'll love if you create your own videos and supplement their offerings with video sources like YouTube, Daily Motion and others. Enlarge calls himself a video aggregation "platform "- Which means it is a place for people and businesses of video content extraction (or addition) of your favorite video service, then, all your videos favorites, as well as those who believe,. are in place and can be manipulated and shared in a variety of custom shapes.
Once you have added content multiple sources to determine how to gather that the sample, mix and match, and reuse, either on the website free Zoom gives you or your account. Often create playlists of selected videos from different places. When I'm writing a blog post, for example on "how to add video to WordPress," it is now easy to include a video playlist on the topic, without extra work and without technical difficulties.

Kaltura.org
While Kaltura video solutions are similar in concept at Magnify.net, with respect to "cure" and "aggregation", the celebration of your videos is very different. The main objective is in the mix and crushing their own video content and allow others to enter the action. An added feature set includes allowing you to keep track images and audio files that can be mixed in the video playback, then included on their website for viewing or for public release.
Kaltura real case, with respect to my needs is the ability to create standalone players absolutely beautiful video and playlists for that can display the contents of my own creation. While I can (and do) upload my video tutorials on YouTube and similar sites, when included in his blog, which YouTube has splashed on them, along with "related" videos and the opportunity of the spectators in the head to YouTube, becoming totally distracted My message in the process. Ugh! By creating my own player in Kaltura, I have more control over the visualization process - much more to my liking.
A bonus feature is that it can include an audio file related to the right in the video playlist. Kaltura not think of as a replacement for platforms to expand or hosting like YouTube. On the contrary, it complements the video of my solutions, and gives me another level of control for video display my blogs and other websites.
Squidoo.com
Finally, learning and incorporating video Squidoo module completes the set of solutions. Even the nomenclature used Squidoo "cured". Squidoo here I have included in this section on video aggregation and preservation, as they offer a video display module to display a sophisticated series of videos on your Squidoo lens. When you add this Squidoo video module to its target, displays a maximum of five thumbnails of the videos you've chosen. It gives you three ways to fill the module with videos curated YouTube, Daily Motion, Metacafe, and others. Sophisticated!
Clicking on a thumbnail selects the video to play and play right there on your Squidoo lens in a very good video player size. The limited marketing propaganda video thumbnails to read something like: "Curating YouTube!" Although you can not really customize the player here, or you can add the traditional top-down list, the thumbnail is an efficient use of space, eliminating the need for a long column, ugly videos of the otherwise attractive Squidoo Lens.
