What are the technologies required to know to develop websites?

I know that the technologies we know it is a developer good website? Since knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO and a little PHP. I also know of forums and wordpress. But I'm confused and want to know what the other requirements? It means that if I am working with HTML, CSS, PHP and then I need to consider other technologies such as CGI, DHTML, XHTML, ASP, JSP?

As you know HTML and CSS simply expand their knowledge in PHP and learn to work with SQL databases. You already know PHP, so you do not need ASP, JSP or CGI. Once you feel comfortable PHP and SQL, you can learn Javascript / Ajax to make their websites more modern.
