Problem with WordPress Dynemic sidebar. ?

My sidebar basic dynamic is the following:

But I can not seem to get to work to keep the pages of wordpress as 404.php

I wanted to learn WordPress and when I was looking for videos I found a good post in a forum that has some great video tutorial that will show you everything you need to learn how to blog with WordPress and use all the plugins. They were very helpful.
