BlogSpot vs. WordPress?

I've been doing some research trying to decide which of these blog sites / tools (whatever) that use. Can anyone tell me do you prefer? Why? I've narrowed it down to these two. More than anything I'm looking for personal use, must be easy to use (because I am a mother and although I am slightly familiar with the technology simply did not have time to sit and teach me to use anything too complex), and as I am a mother and in constant motion, it is vital that any blog I use has an excellent application for the iPhone. Help?

Blogspot has a good selection of built-in themes, you can easily customize. Blogspot is owned by Google, and can link to your Google account, which is a great advantage.
