Do I have to pay for Google Analytics on my wordpress?

I tried to install GA on my blog but the usual work. I have a mac, I tried to download GA Yoast plug in but do not know how to apply it to my blog. In wordpress configuration tab that says there is no analysis of glasses. My theme will not let me edit the CSS is not have to pay. Is there any way the freedom of using GA in my WordPress blog? I'm really frustrated

You are using wordpress.com limits you in what you can do. Can not install any plugin at all. But if you look at the help tab found in the WordPress administration - is on the side right, I think that wordpress.com offers a way to do it. Search Google Analytics.
