HELP! wordpress plugin installation error?

I'm trying to put a plug for my website after installing wordpress, but when I click this thing on my site appears. Well ... If you go to your plugins directory (/ wp-content/plugins /) and remove the difficulty of making wordpress plugins automatically deactivate and then the problems disappear.
