How to add images to the tags in wordpress?

I obviously know how to add images, but especially want to show images next to my labels exactly shown in http://www.sexybookmarks.net/ (Matrix, cockroaches, etc.). It would be even better when I have comments Recent shows a thumbnail, and displayed again on the site previously. I guess this is a plugin?
