WordPress Iframe Code

Is it possible to extract content from an outside wordpress page through Javascript?

I am familiar with PHP code that extracts the contents wordpress. However, the pages I'm working on does not allow me to use PHP, JS only. I'm looking to load the content in a div as the content of the table below load in another div or an iframe on the same page.

You could use AJAX and pull the content into a div with the function. html. Google 'ajax. Html ' and find some guides that cover what we're trying to do.
