IE7 problem with my wordpress-theme-based website?

Hey guys, I have a big problem with my website, built with WordPress. This problem only Internet Explorer 7. The thumbnails are rotated message in a box, but in IE7 the box is too long, as in BIGTIME. This problem is neither Fireforx, chromium, even IE8 (or so I heard). website: http://www.umsu.manchester.ac.uk/eee/ know IE7 is "weird" (I will not say another word), but how I can fix it? The problem is IE7 is the default browser in the school and all students are using by default. So things will be difficult if not solves that. Thanks
