wordpress question. please help me?

1. how to align the image so that does not stretch, if I put in my blog? I publish my comic, but in wordpress I have problem with dual pages. because wordpress stretch a horrible images. 2. I can not add media in wordpress when I use IE or Opera, because the radio button (for example, align, size, even "add message") is gone. I do not know why and how to fix it.

need to open tabs and change the css editor, is a pain, but its the only way to fix it, pay someone like me to do it:)
