WordPress Hosting Sites

Maybe luck and a friend to turn to WordPress. Now comes the even bigger problem to figure out where to host the site. While you need to be careful in making your decision, I hope this guide makes it easy for you.
WordPress server requirements
WordPress has a few requirements very basic. All you need is a server with at least PHP 4.3 and MySQL 4.0. WordPress recommends, and I agree, that have PHP 5.2, MySQL 4.1 or higher and Apache 2.2 or IIS 7. In the next version, MySQL 4.1.2 or higher is required.
Support for the Apache web server is much better.
PHP4 has stopped development, so at this point is considered unsafe. If you notice your server with PHP4 will need to contact your host and ask about their plans for improvement. In upcoming releases WordPress that will remove support for PHP4 as well, introduce improved features to help the software run faster.
You will also want make sure you are on a server with Apache 2.2. PHP and Apache agree that both work best when running PHP5 and Apache 2.2.
Who can meet those needs?
Most hosts will cover the requirements of the server software. The software, however, is but a portion very smaller than it has to be covered. Any host should use enterprise-level hardware on their servers. This includes at least 2 CPUs with 4 cores each (8 cores total), the hard drives in RAID 10 configuration and 8 GB of RAM. RAID 10 hard drives not only offer the fastest speeds, but the more redundancy in the case hardware failure.
Many servers that handle this type of hardware still do a disservice to your site but overselling their servers. This makes your site slower than it should. You can avoid this by finding a set with no overselling guarantee. Find a machine with a warranty oversold
If you are interested in knowing if your site is as fast as could be, you can add this small snippet of code to your site footer.php file.
<! -
This code displays the number of MySQL queries made on each page and the time it took the server to generate the code HTML. To make it harder for visitors to view these data, we will not be able to see by just looking at your site. You will have to right click on your site and go to view home page, and then find the exit. If you are unsure how to edit files on your site to see is .3 -. 5 seconds for most sites.
To get the most out of your experience will have to find a hosting company that has experience with WordPress, so if you encounter a problem you can ask for help Instead of waiting for someone in a room somewhere can help.
Some hosts are now even larger knowledge bases and libraries, a tutorial in flash cover most WordPress themes. If you are a visual learner, flash tutorials offer virtual tours of the exact steps required to do what they do.
The largest single people most people do not take into account when looking at the hosts is the backup. But in the world of web hosting is not an issue whether it will be necessary to use backups is a matter of when. This provision often includes making backups only on a second disk on the server. Backing up this way is a time bomb and is asking for trouble. That, and restoring a single file on your site is a huge headache that is not necessary. You should be looking for a series that not only saves the backups in a separate data center, but is using what is known as the protection of Continuous data (CDP) backups. Through CDP Backup can restore the entire site, or a single file from several different restore points. When you slip index.php file of your templates do not want to download a backup of weeks old, cPanel, extract, find and load the file. Using CDP is an interface Web-based, where all you need do is click a few buttons and restore your files are.
Is there a host that has all these items?
The vast majority of hosts will play at least some of the points. If you are an expert in WordPress, extended support will not be as important to you. Two of the points will be harder to find non-overselling guarantee backup and CDP, but in my opinion, these are two of the most important things.
BuyHTTP is a company that meets all these requirements. They have been offering WordPress hosting for several years. Servers are running high power, are guaranteed not oversold, the WordPress experience with tutorials and flash knowledge and backup continuous protection.
