Help with WordPress blog site: Fatal error when I try to see my blog?

on my site when I try to go to my blog all you see is a blank page saying: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct () on an object in / home / "site name" / Public_html / blog / video / wp-includes / link-template.php on line 215 in line 215 of template.php link is as follows: $ pagestruct = $ wp_rewrite-> get_page_permastruct (); Im a noob so I do not know what's wrong with this line. any help?
