A template or the template

The idea of not having a custom website design or website of the probability that someone has the same look and feel as theirs is sometimes too much for some people the challenge of managing financially.

Everyone wants is unique and everyone wants their stuff representative reflect this. I can certainly empathize with this. There are, however, a turning point for me on the subject. As it should be for others.

Many entrepreneurs and forth and would-be proud owners stop website dead in their tracks in their quest to create an online presence, when they first hear the price of a new website. A designed website can cost thousands and is often out of reach for people new to the game. Add a custom logo design and a pack of the brand, and we are now quite expensive territory.

Do not get me wrong: I'm not saying that these prices are not justified. Nor am I saying that a Custom design is not worth every penny. An artist reflecting on all the details of a website to make sure that the icons, colors, shapes and typography are perfectly in tune with the brand and the message of your customer needs to exude worth every penny. But the pockets of the web-site owners to-be, are not all equal.

I hate to see anyone get to a checkpoint in all its activities and give up life. Do not give up! What else can you do? Well ... you can learn to design websites and code if you is ambitious and has a lot of time on their hands. All the information you need is within reach and just a few keystrokes away on Google. But maybe your time would be better spent perfecting their craft or core business.

Another viable option is to use a design template. There are thousands (and thousands!) Designs high professional level there for under a hundred dollars waiting to be bought and customized. These templates cover just about any category and type of site that you can imagine. It is not difficult to find truly amazing designs that might work for any type of website is needed.

I had a conversation with a client potential recently. She is a writer / artist with a website into a WordPress content management system. She has many fans and really cool stuff out. The problem is that your website design and flow of general users could use a top and a cooling with the ease of use.

She knows the look and usability your site is only doing harm. The problem is she does not have to spend thousands at this time. I suggested using a design theme and proceeded to show some examples. Instantly loved most all templates and sample design was exhilarated about the use of one of them.

Then he hesitated and asked:

"There will be a good habit hundred website out there like mine?"

A valid question for sure. My response was quick, "Nope. Two artists, given the very fabric does not produce the same work of art in the end. "No one can accuse anyone of being dishonest about his art, because the content at the top fabric would be unique to them.

People can see through the fancy shit containing superficially. It is the content of a site that visitors the site is there for. A design should emphasize the content and not be used as a tool to hide it. Ultimately, in an ideal world where money was not an option, I think everyone should have your site custom designed by a team of people behind them to hold meetings on the icon of the new line and its effect on consumers brand perception. But for now, if you can not be in the high-priced shoes, do not feel bad about using a design template. It is leagues better to leave a site and date is certainly light years better than having nothing at all.
