The amount of silence Do you in your day?

Ever read something that just takes your breath away - because it seems to be
written especially for you? That's what happened this morning when I read "We will
Stillness Speaks "by my dear friend, Sharon frame.

Usually I meditate twice a day, but last morning I've been cutting
them a little shorter than my usual half hour in the morning and evening. That's
because I have so much to do preparing for concerts in Colorado - and
There simply are not enough hours in the day.

And then I read the article by Sharon.

Let the silence speaks

I'm learning to be silent.

To me, that's like telling an early bird who has just found its wings
not to fly. It is as fluid drainage water.

Without But to do it.

I have a surge of sitting in silence in the presence of God. Silence
says it all. I remember walking in love, and to see the "God" in Ness
all I know.

It reaffirms the greatness of me.

Silence draws the curtain and reveals the infinite possibilities that
doubt and disbelief work so hard to hide. In silent meditation, God
connecting the dots in this maze called life. That gives clear answers the
struggles that seem bent on disturbing my peace.

When I sit in silence, God whispers to his will and reveal how
"The victory of sweatless". "Be still and know that I am God," he says.

But closing out the noise of human reason and be silent is not easy.

Running everyday life keeps us busy. We are caught in the rush to go anywhere.
Still chose to keep running in the same hamster wheel.

We will not stop, in silence and get divine guidance.

It's so easy to complicate life by ignoring the value of silence simple.
We say, "without question the omnipotent creator of the vast universe that require
more. "

What he calls for an ear tuned to hear his voice. And "yet,
small voice "are best discerned after drowning our own thoughts of defeat
and discouragement.

Listening to the presence of God in the silence. Because this is where the Almighty
reminds us that "everything is possible, if we believe."

When we find that quiet place and focus on silence hear the whisper of
our Creator said "let go and let God." Almighty knows the way we should
take. And he delights in those who seek his advice.

But oh, how dizzying rush of daily life distract. We go to bed occupied.
We woke up still tired. By day, worry about our recession, war and
family welfare. At night we toss and turn in fear, disturbing our own
dreams. Tomorrow, we and the birthplace of the madness as normal, but
who curses his vicious and senseless.

Stress becomes our master.

The more we work the more we fall behind. We can not clear the chaos in our
calendar fast enough. We wondered aloud why everyone seems to be
ahead in life, except us.

Find the answer in silence.

Before your mind turns the dial to noisy confusion of life, change its
often silenced.

Listen to God.

He waits for us every day and replenish before dawn, before the clouds of chaos
our sunrise.

Leave quietly set the tone.

Let shouts so loudly in the hope and the possibility that nothing else matters,
except the voice of God when you lay.
