How could I run a php function several times in one page?

I have a time variable in a wordpress theme to be converted to seconds to hh: mm: ss. I have the following functions: function minutes( $seconds )
{
return sprintf( "%02.2d:%02.2d", floor( $seconds / 60), $ seconds% 60);} echo Minutes (get_post_meta ($ post-> ID, "TRT", true ));?> Trt is the field goal as corresponding with time in seconds that is being used in a mailing list page so you have to run several times, but as it gives me fatal error: Can not redeclare minutes () Is there a better way to go about this?

mintues declare function () once at the top of your PHP pages and execute minutes echo (get_post_meta ($ Post-> ID, "TRT", true)); wherever you need it. if you need the same time keep the information in a variable and echo the variable, even if it closes with PHP?> and reopen it you can call a function held at the top of the file.
