How I can get this WordPress theme to work?

I recently downloaded the theme of the United States for WordPress. I have a hosting account with Justfree.com (if that matters to my question). I uploaded all the php. Y. Css in the correct folder (I think). When I go into my WordPress dashboard, I can see an empty box on the issues says 1.3 which states. By selecting this theme, and click "view my site", I get a message saying: Fatal error: Call to undefined is_front_page function () in / jotun1/justfree.com/t/i/g/tiger50/htdocs/wordpress / wp-content/themes/States/header.php at line 58 What I can do to fix this? Should I also load the file. Jpg and. Png that comes with it? Please help me fix this problem and my workplace! Thanks!

Yes, you need to upload graphics that comes with the subject. And check query.php wp-includes making it's there. (In general, you have to duplicate the directory structure of topics such as downloading files wp-content/themes/themename below.)
