WordPress - blog entries on a page main school?

Hello! Can anyone help me with this in WordPress? I want my homepage to be only one menu page, and all blog entries on an additional page. However, the same function, which works well index.php does not work in the page.php file. Can anyone tell me what to write code INTHER?

From the dashboard you can choose to turn your home-page to a page static and a secondary page to your blog page. No need to change code page and index files to. Simply go to your panel control -> Preferences-> Reading and set up your website to a static page and secondary page in a blog-page.
