How to rename the file WordPress ugly?
For example, I have to change a www.website.com/?p=7 in a sense, as www.website.com / File-name-here.php (or no suffix php) I always upload my files with WP board, not the FTP client. Also, how I suppose to upload a file php in my WordPress blog via FTP? (I can not seem to find my content page / file location)

Filezilla is free and for Windows, Mac and Linux. Windows and Linux have built in. As a FTP is not secure OS X does not come with one. Try Cyberduck.
