How to create a free web template

For me, I have no knowledge of Joomla or Photoshop or CSS. I have a business and need a website, but not want to spend money on hiring a programmer to do what is outside my budget.

So go online, with wide eyes of a software that allows me to create my own website without any technical knowledge. And I found it!
