WordPress Free Portfolio Themes

how to apply the WordPress theme?

Just sign up to receive free WordPress blog to use as an art portfolio. I have an issue WordPress, so I download. Now how do you combine them? I can not see how to implement this new topic, only 10 or so free ones that give u has an 'apply' link, but I do not use them.

You can not apply in wordpress themes if using the free version. I need buy to apply themes. all you do is to edit using CSS or HTML. Hope this helps.
