WordPress Forms Database

Build / Create a simple CMS?
Hello, Is there a tutorial on how to build a simple CMS in PHP / MySQL? All I want to create a form simple with a title and content, and send the information to a table (database) and on the first page would have a menu on all pages that have created. I do not want to incorporate a CMS (Joomla, WordPress, TypeWord) and do not want any proggramers ("Pay us and they believe")
) Look for tutorials AJAX. There are tons of them on the web. AJAX lets you send data from browser to server and get data back "between racks." You can update the data user's browser without refreshing the whole page. A good CMS does that. 2) Download a CMS and look at the code to get an idea of how it works. Something like PHP-Fusion maybe. You do not have copy, but you can see the code behind any property you are interested in.
