WordPress Footer.php Code

How I can remove the ads from WordPress? Help?
Okay, so I got this theme wordpress http://newwpthemes.com, and has ads in the footer. So when you try to remove the encryption, the issue will collapse and warn you, you must have ads. So I found this article about how to decipher them and deleting http://www.wlug.net/updated-how-to-remove-encrypted-links-from-wordpress-themes/ But my header.php and footer.php is my encrypted. Its just the functions.php file that blocking is happening. Does anyone know how to get rid of the ads? I heard it was as Base64 encoding or something so? PLEASE THANK YOU DETAILED,! Here is the code functions.php: http://www.scribd.com/doc/34237736/Functions footer.php Here's the code: http://www.scribd.com/doc/34237664/Footer Thank you for your help.
It is unlikely that you will be able to get rid of the warning, if it is to decipher. He paid for it? I've never actually heard of a theme creator (free or commercial) that places ads on their issues - only a footnote in most of the rights copyright.
