How to turn my blog again and again with a predetermined time interval with the PHP code?

I have a WordPress blog and what I need my blog is to spin again and again with a preset time interval. I would also like to mix my messages. RSS would pick up the spin like blog posts new? Anybody have PHP code? Thanks

I am a PHP developer and you could probably find or get the code. I'll tell you about few problems with what is being done. First, if you are not familiar with PHP, you will find it very difficult to change code WordPress. Not too hard, but take what you are doing any modification in depth. I do not know if there is a plugin. Second, you really should show his latest and last blog posts. Not only keep it fresh and new to modern readers, but for SEO purposes as well. Google likes fresh content and spiders your blog more often if you know your blog is updated frequently. Simply makes no sense randomly or change the natural order of the recently published blogs.
