Featured Blogger Picture Post slider?

I have an account on blogger and wordpress download a theme for my page. It comes with the slider message feature, but I have no idea how to change the pictures! This is what the links look like:

I tried putting my picture in several places, but none work. Can anyone help please? I'm trying to set up a website and I was having problems putting the image in the slider.

You need to first upload the images on Photobucket and then you can upload your photos using the HTML code. ¿I can ask who is, please?
