WordPress Farsi

WordPress sample? instead of characters in my language?

Hey guys I'm using a plugin called WP Shopping Cart (http://getshopped.org) and there a problem, my language is Farsi (Persian) and when I add a product that shows "?" my characters rather than Persian, but the subsequent addition of wordpress is working properly. Would u plz help me on this?
