Creating a website with the users, blogs, email and more.?

I want to create a web page with a feature that allows customers create your profile, post comments on a forum for information and then, like Facebook and craigslist. Also, I have to manipulate this information so you can show on the cover as craigslist. He estimates he has published more information and screen the user on the home page. Closest thing I can think of without spending a lot of money is the integration a PHPBB forum to your website. It's free and easy to install anywhere. If you're interested in something more complex you have to learn more languages (SQL, PHP, Javascript, HTML), or hire a company to build for you. I see you say the word "customers" which means that they will want to buy or sell things. When it comes to that you probably have to incorporate some kind of commercial software and use something like Google checkout and Paypal.
