WordPress Errors

I installed WordPress and it worked fine but now I'm getting errors of nowhere ...?

For some reason when I try to send a sudden I see a error message: Warning: main [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory on line 14 Fatal error: main () [function.include]: Failed opening required in line 14 that have not changed anything since I started getting this message. But I've spent much time on this blog and if I reinstall I will lose all posts and pages.

I really want to help I know that the place and the writing is very important. From my past experience, because one of the files missing or have been written, for example in the header.php. You can pm me here so I can help. Thanks
