How to make a text field will be published on the website?

Hello How I can add a text field in an html page (page principal) and all that the visitor can right there, to be published on my site? either in php any other format. I do not know anything about programming, and need ur help. I searched online for some creative form online, but all are sending the forms in my email. I do not want to receive in my email, but to be published on my website. (I have a WordPress blog, whether it is useful).
