How I can automatically add descriptions and meta tags title 160. Html files?

I am customizing a template web page. It is based on WordPress, and I'm editing in Dreamweaver on a Mac. I need a way of generating more meta descriptions and title tags for each page automatically based on the content already on every page. Does anyone know a way to do this?

Formats the file name correctly: --- 3a. removing scratches, --- 3b. removing the file extension --- and 3c. the correct value generated from the filename To run the script, you must install a Perl interpreter.
