I desperately want to learn how to design web pages?

I have done all the background work for my website, but I need the design of the Perspectives the same. My current site is too boring. I know how I can design the website to look at the issues in Joomla, Drupal or WordPress. The design is clean and the gradients are impressive. I can do that with the codes? Or is that all the graphics? Please help

It is a mixture of both. The palettes are usually designed by people with a good eye for things. Gradients can be done easily in Photoshop, but choosing the right colors can be difficult. Cleaning designs web pages is done via HTML and CSS formatting. Tables are used to keep the content clean and organized, while to keep everything online. Some effects can be achieved (such as borders, text shadow, and transparency) through code. My best advice for web design is to choose a theme and content to publish. Then draw the design of your website on a sheet of paper, and then begin to select background images, flags and colors that complement your selection.
