I need an open source CMS system. PLEASE!?

I need a open source CMS that I can upload my site. I need to edit Dreamweaver editable regions only. Anyone? I've tried using wordpress and then the "Import HTML pages" plug-in, but keeps saying "no could be imported index.html. You should copy the content manually. "And does not know how to do that. Anyone? Help! I know HTML and CSS. Your PHP I do not know. I'm looking for a CMS that can be integrated with and made my websites (which are HTML). I tried Joomla, but I do not know HTML. I do not want a template system, a content management system.
